12th Annual Hot Springs Community Resource Fair Vendor Registration Form

12th Annual Hot Springs Community Resource Fair on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 4pm -7pm. Theme: "Resilience; Our Greatest Asset". Presented By: Difference Makers of Hot Springs. Vendor space is available; however, pre-registration is required by August 20, 2026. The vendor registration fee is only $25. Payment may be made by check or money order payable to Difference Makers of Hot Springs and mailed to: Difference Makers of Hot Springs, P.O. Box 28,Hot Springs, AR 71902.  As an alternative to the registration fee, vendors may donate a $25 gift card to be used as a door prize during the event. If you choose this option, please advise, so we can make a note. Paypal is an available option upon request. *Please note that all vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, and canopy tent.
