    Please review the following policies before submitting your application:

    Consultation Required
    All new color clients are required to complete a consultation before scheduling a color appointment. This allows me to assess your hair, discuss your goals, review your hair history, and create a customized plan for achieving your desired results.

    Cancellation Policy
    I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

    Results Cannot Be Guaranteed
    I understand that chemical services, including hair color, lightening, toning, glossing, perms, relaxers, and other chemical treatments, carry inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, hair breakage, dryness, changes in texture, scalp irritation, allergic reactions, and results that differ from expectations. While every effort will be made to achieve desired results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors including hair history, previous chemical services, home care, medications, water quality, and hair condition.

    Pricing & Service Investment
    Service pricing varies based on your hair history, length, density, desired result, time required, and product usage. Any pricing discussed during your consultation is an estimate and may be adjusted if additional time, product, or corrective work is needed.

  • Liability Waiver & Release

    The client releases the stylist and Hair By Talisa, owned and operated by Talisa Perez Enterprises LLC, from liability for any injury or damage arising from or related to the services provided, including claims based on the negligence or fault of the stylist, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  • I may take photos and/or videos during your appointment for educational, marketing, advertising, website, and social media purposes. No compensation will be provided for the use of these images or videos.
