• Application for Little Foresters Class Admissions (2027-2028)

    Thank you for your interest in joining EIS International Preschool. As part of our admissions process, please complete this application form and submit the required documents. In mid-October, you will receive an email confirming your application and inviting you to an interview, along with your scheduled date and time. This meeting is a great opportunity for you and your child to meet our teachers, share a little bit about your family, and discuss your interest in joining our school community. Following the interview, admissions results will be sent via email within two weeks. Please note that this form only serves as an application record and does not constitute as a formal offer of a school place at EIS.

  • Please note the following details ahead of submission:

    Age Requirements:

    • August Intake Applicants: must be 2 years old by 31 August of the year of entry.
    • November Intake Applicants: must be 2 years old by 31 October of the year of entry.
    • January Intake Applicants: must be 2 years old by 31 December of the year prior to entry.

    To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please have the following documents ready to upload when completing the online application:

    • A recent passport-sized photo of your child
    • A copy of your child’s birth certificate or valid Hong Kong Visa
    • A copy of your child’s immunisation records
    • A payment record for the non-refundable application fee of HK$100 
    • Any other necessary supporting documents

    1. I understand that transferring my child's place in the program to another person is not permitted.
    2. I understand the school fees are due on the first day of each month. (Please note that parents/guardians are held responsible for payment of the school fees.)
    3. I understand that upon the announcement of adverse weather warnings such as typhoon signal No.3 or above, or red/black rainstorm signals, the school shall follow any announcements made by the Education Bureau regarding school suspension and class cancellation. 
    4. I understand that there is no makeup class for any class cancellation due to severe weather and/or typhoons.
    5. I understand that there is no makeup class or refund for any absence from the class.
    6. I understand that there are no classes on public holidays.
    7. I understand that there is no tuition fee reduction for any absence from the class. 
    8. I understand that if any fee payments are overdue, the school holds the right to exclude the student from the school.
    9. My child will not be re-admitted until all arrears are cleared.
    10. I understand that Wholesome Education Limited reserves the right to change instructors, time, venue, and content of the program. If enrolment numbers are not sufficient to run the class, we reserve the right to cancel it at our sole discretion, as we deem appropriate.
    11. I understand that all documents submitted and the application fee in this application will not be returned or refunded respectively.
