Thank you for your interest in joining EIS International Preschool. As part of our admissions process, please complete this application form and submit the required documents. In mid-October, you will receive an email confirming your application and inviting you to an interview, along with your scheduled date and time. This meeting is a great opportunity for you and your child to meet our teachers, share a little bit about your family, and discuss your interest in joining our school community. Following the interview, admissions results will be sent via email within two weeks. Please note that this form only serves as an application record and does not constitute as a formal offer of a school place at EIS.
Please note the following details ahead of submission:

Age Requirements:
- Applicants for K1 must have attained the age of 2 years and 8 months by 31 August of the year of entry.
- Applicants for K2 must have attained the age of 3 years and 8 months by 31 August of the year of entry.
- Applicants for K3 must have attained the age of 4 years and 8 months by 31 August of the year of entry.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please have the following documents ready for completing the online application:
- A recent passport-sized photo of your child
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate, Hong Kong Identity Card or Valid Hong Kong Visa
- A copy of your child’s immunisation records
- A payment record for the non-refundable application fee of HK$40
- Any other necessary supporting documents
