The 2026 Snowy Valleys Cycle Challenge is expanding to a full weekend of activities.
All stallholders are required to trade on Sunday, 27 September 2026, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Stallholders also have the option to trade on Saturday, 26 September 2026, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Please note that overnight security will not be provided on Saturday night. Stallholders who choose to trade on Saturday and leave their stall set up overnight do so entirely at their own risk. The event organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment, stock, or property left on site.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as a stallholder. All applications will be assessed by the event organisers, and applicants will be notified of the outcome once the assessment process is complete.
Successful applicants will be issued with a payment link for the stallholder site fee of $30.00. Payment must be made within seven (7) days of approval to secure your site. Stallholder site fees are non-refundable.
Detailed event information, including site allocations, bump-in and bump-out procedures, and vendor operating requirements, will only be provided to approved stallholders once full payment has been received.
