Next Steps
You have completed the EOI questions. Thank you in advance for your application. Your application will be reviewed by a Selection Committee who will assess each applicant’s suitability. Suitability will be determined through a scoring matrix where values are assigned based on your EOI response, CV, and the needs of the Peer Pathway for which you are applying to. We strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, but please note that hiring is carried out on an as-needed basis. If you are accepted to the program: 1. You will sign a contract with Northern Health for clinical services, as well as a MoU with RCCbc that outlines your role in the program and commitment to cultural safety and humility. 2. After signing the contract and MoU, successful applicants will be placed on a roster and will work with the designated MOA to coordinate allocation of shifts. You will also be asked to provide a photo of yourself and a bio so you can be promoted as a participating physician in the program.
Should I be selected for this role, I agree: 1. to contribute to a supportive team that is reciprocally accountable and responsible to one another. 2. to making myself available for an average of three (3) shifts per month. 3. to attend the majority of pathway meetings, faculty development opportunities, and cultural safety and humility opportunities.
