Once this marketplace opens, you will receive an invitation to join and all approved vendors will be emailed an approval letter along with an invoice to secure booth by credit/debit card or via Venmo.

Market Hours 11am to 4pm VENDOR LOAD-IN 2HRS BEFORE MARKET OPENS
BOOTHS MUST BE WHITE TOP ONLY & HOLIDAY DECOR ENCOURAGED

Canopies should be white for market uniformity and organization. Weights must be used and booths may be left overnight. If market is Saturday evening, vendor will need to supply lighting for displays. Electricity is not available.
FOOD/TREAT VENDORS

This is in Napa, County. A Napa County temporary food facilities permit will be required if vendor is approved to operate.
BOOTH FEE

We are in taking interested businesses that would like to partner and participate on this event experience. Our typical 2-day market rates range from $250-$350 for a 2-day market experience for sellers and $500+ for entertainment and activity sponsors

This is an interest form only. If your business is approved we will email you and send you an invoice to secure booth placement. Our vendor load-in instructions go out 2 weeks prior to the market date.

Vendor fees are due upon approval. Approved invoices expire in 24 hours.

If you are unable to attend and/or cancel last minute, your booth fee is non-refundable. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss the event you forfeit your payment made.

We are not liable for profit/loss at our events. Vendors are responsible to maintain their spaces and cleanup their areas after the event or will be assessed a clean up fee of $50. Please sign here!
