I declare my availability and commitment to attend and participate in all the AWARD Women Plant Breeders trainings and events (this includes a five-day face-to-face leadership training, approximately 120 contact hours of virtual Mentoring Orientation Workshop sessions, and complete a two year mentoring program). I understand that failure to participate in any will automatically lead to my disqualification.
