    To ensure you are prepared for delivery, please complete the following checklist. If you have any questions or concerns please reply to your order confirmation email.

  • ACCESS ROUTE

  • Is there enough room on the driveway to allow for the delivery van?*
  • Is your drive flat?*
  • Are there side passages?*
  • Are there gates?*
  • Are there steps?*
  • Are there any fences, bushes or hedge rows blocking the delivery access?*
  • Are there gravel boards that the hot tub must go over?*
  • Are there walls or rockeries with a higher step than 30cm near the end position?*
  • Are there any obstacles such as plants or furniture?*
  • Is the hot tub being placed under a pergola/gazebo or similar?*

  • LOCATION

  • I have allowed for a 500mm gap behind the back of my tub in case of using a cover lifter.*
  • Is the base for the hot tub, flat, firm and solid?*
  • If you have decking around the hot tub, is the step up to the decking lower than 30cm?*
