Food Truck Application/License 2026

A $40.00 non-transferable, non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of submission.  

Applications must be submitted before August 30, 2026 to be considered for the market.  

10% of gross sales from the event will be due to the Brown County Christkindl Market at the close of the market on December 6, 2026

All Food Vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical power source. All food trucks must operate using their own generator and shall not rely on event provided electricity. Generators must be in safe working condition and comply with all applicable safety, fire, and health regulations. 

Your completed and signed application, your attached merchant certificate (if applicable), and a portion of your booth fees will be forwarded to the Town of Nashville in order to fulfill their Itinerant Business License requirements for the event.

By signing below, you have agreed to the “Fine Print/Terms and Conditions" of the Brown County Christkindl Market.

I hereby certify that the information I have provided in this Application/License is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. If there are any changes to the above information, I will notify the Town of Nashville and/or The Christkindl Market withing ten (10) days of said change.

I further certify that I will comply with all State and Federal laws and all ordinances of Brown County and the Town of Nashville. I acknowledge that this license is conditional upon compliance with said laws and ordinances and may be revoked without notice for non-compliance.
