Terms and Conditions of Charity Registration

• By completing this form, you agree to participate in Silverstone RunFest for Lennox Children's Cancer Fund, and pledge to raise the minimum sponsorship amount for Lennox Children's Cancer Fund.
• You are not permitted to raise funds for any other individual, organisation or charity through your participation in this event.
• You agree to either raise your sponsors online or forward the money you have raised to Lennox Children's Cancer Fund in advance of the event.
• Completeling this form alone does not confirm your place in the event. After submitting this form, you will recieve a code with instructions to secure your place via the Silverstone RunFest website.
• The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• This event is organised by a third party. By participating in support of Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, you acknowledge that the event is delivered by the event organiser and agree to follow any additional instructions, rules, and safety guidance provided by them.
• If the event is cancelled by the event organisers or Lennox Children's Cancer Fund, the registration fee will be fully refunded. In these circumstances, all efforts to communicate changes will be made, using the contact details given on the booking form above. It is the responsibility of the participant to check the email address submitted on the form up until, and on the day of the event to find out about any such changes.
• Participants take part at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions given by the event organisers and event staff.

Superhero Family Mile

• If you are registering more than one person for the superhero family mile, you will need to let us know the name and t-shirt size of each runner.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent, guardian, or responsible adult present who accepts responsibility for their supervision, safety, and behaviour throughout the event. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.
• We encourage you to wear a superhero costume, but you must make sure that all costumes, accessories, and props are safe, suitable for the event environment, and must not restrict movement, vision, hearing, or the ability to participate safely. The event organisers reserve the right to ask participants to remove or adjust anything considered unsafe.
