  • MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

     
    • All CUBOX memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months unless otherwise agreed in writing by CUBOX.

     
    • Membership payments are processed automatically according to the selected membership.

     
    • Memberships continue after the initial 3-month commitment until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.


    • Group classes are not transferable.

     
    • If a member does not attend a scheduled class, that class is considered used and forfeited.

     
    • Missed classes do not roll over to future weeks.

     
    • Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred, assigned or shared with another person.

     
    • CUBOX reserves the right to amend class timetables, coaches and operating hours where reasonably necessary.

  • MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

  • The Member acknowledges and agrees that:


    • All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

     
    • After the minimum commitment period, memberships will continue until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.

     
    • A minimum of 2 weeks written notice is required to cancel any membership.

     
    • Membership payments will continue during the required notice period.

     
    • If the Member cancels before completing the mandatory 3-month commitment, an Early Cancellation Fee of $250 will apply.

     
    • Any outstanding membership fees must be paid before cancellation becomes effective.

     
    • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The Member agrees that:

     

    • They will follow all instructions provided by CUBOX coaches.

     
    • They will conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other members.

     
    • CUBOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misconduct or failure to comply with gym rules.

     
    • CUBOX reserves the right to amend class timetables and services where reasonably necessary.

  • MEMBER DECLARATION

  • By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to all of the Terms & Conditions contained in this CUBOX Membership Agreement, including the Membership Policy and Membership Cancellation & Termination Policy. I understand that this Agreement is legally binding and I agree to be bound by all of its terms, conditions, policies and obligations upon signing.
