VENDOR GUIDELINES
- Participation is completely voluntary.
- There is no vendor fee.
- Vendors will not receive compensation for participating.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment needed for setup & breakdown.
- Vendors must keep their area clean and remove all trash before leaving.
- Be respectful of neighboring vendors and attendees at all times.
The event is family-friendly, and all displays and interactions should be appropriate.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Per the requirements of the management of Peach Shops at Byron:
Organizations selected to participate must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the property management company as an Additional Insured for the date of the event.
Required documentation, including contact information and insurance certificate, must be submitted no later than seven (7) days before the event.
Additional instructions will be provided to selected participants.
SELECTION PROCESS
Because space is limited, not every applicant will be selected. If your organization is chosen, a representative from BeYOUtiful Salon Suites will contact you with additional information and next steps.
