    The commercial category consists of items that are artistically enhanced, not 100% made by the vendor and/or retail items. Examples of these items include brand names, such as Scentsy, LulaRoe, Young Living, Guy Harvey, Lilla Rose, Pampered Chef, Cutco Cutlery, Paparazzi, etc. It also includes items such as retail clothing and jewelry, embellished accessories, performance fishing apparel, mass-produced items, antiques and anything considered "resale".  IF YOU ARE A LEAD GENERATING BUSINESS, YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY AS A CORPORATE VENDOR.

  • NO PRODUCTS MADE WITH ANY MATERIALS OR LOGOS THAT COMPETE WITH OUR SPONSORS ARE PERMITTED. OUR BEVERAGE SPONSORS ARE COCA COLA AND BUDWEISER

    NO POLITICAL ITEMS OF ANY KIND, NO MATTER THE POLITICAL AFFILIATION, PARTY OR CANDIDATE, MAY BE SOLD.

    IF YOU ARRIVE AND SET-UP WITH ITEMS THAT WERE NOT DISCLOSED IN YOUR APPLICATION, WE WILL ASK YOU TO REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR BOOTH.

    If you sell any items that are in direct competition with our sponsors, OR any politically affiliated items, you will not be accepted.

  • When selecting your booth space size, please understand that you must fit WITHIN the measurement of the booth space. Example: if you are registering as a 10x10, all of your items must fit within your 10x10 space. Should you need more space, please register for the larger tent size.

  • Please select the category in which your product best fits.*
  • Returning Vendors: Would you prefer your same space if possible?
  • ^ RETURNING VENDORS: Please remember to explain the location of your request, within the park(s) footprint. The Pensacola Crawfish Festival and Pensacola Seafood Festivals have different maps/booth placements.

  • DO NOT PUT ELECTRICAL REQUESTS OR ADDITIONAL BOOTH SPACE REQUESTS IN THIS PORTION. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING ELECTRICAL, OR ADDITIONAL SPACE, YOU WILL DO SO IN THE PAYMENT PORTION OF THE APPLICATION.

  • ELECTRICAL REQUEST

    Electricity is provided to a limited number of booths on a first-come-first-serve basis for an additional fee of $100.00. Only ONE standard outlet is provided if power is requested.

    When paying on Pay Pal, please select the pricing that includes the electrical fee. 

    Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will electricity be available for purchase at check-in or at any time during the festival. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • COMMERCIAL VENDOR CONTRACT

  • I understand and agree with the rules and regulations that are set forth in this application and agree to abide by and fully comply with said rules.  I understand and agree that the Fiesta of Five Flags Association, Inc. (henceforth referred to as "Fiesta Pensacola") and the Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee are not responsible in any way for damage, loss or theft of me, my firm or of my customers and employees and agree to indemnify and defend and hold harmless Fiesta Pensacola and Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee against such loss, damage or theft.

     

    In the event that Fiesta Pensacola and the Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee are unable to hold the 2026 Pensacola Seafood Festival as scheduled by reason of war, acts of God, global pandemic, or acts of nature (inclement weathers, rain, etc.), or any other reason, or the Festival is interrupted in any way, no refund shall be made and it is agreed that all contracts are null and void.

     

    There shall be no responsibility or liability on the part of Fiesta Pensacola or the Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee for any losses sustained by any person caused by such event.  Fiesta Pensacola and Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee in no way guarantees any return or benefits to vendor.

     

    It is further agreed and understood that Fiesta Pensacola, Inc. and the Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee assume no liability for any injury or death to person or property or any other damages or losses occurring in the Festival premises during the Festival.  I agree to forever indemnify and defend and hold harmless Fiesta Pensacola and the Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, and lawsuits for loss, death or damage of person or property and any other loss whatsoever arising out of any act, omission or negligence in the operation or conduct of me/my business, including violation of any law, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, and all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by those parties.

     

    All the foregoing is agreed to in consideration of and as a condition precedent to Fiesta Pensacola and the Pensacola Seafood Festival Committee providing to me/my business the applied for vendor space.  The indemnification provisions shall survive after the 2026 Pensacola Seafood Festival.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

  • By submitting an application to Fiesta Pensacola, the applicant and/or Artist, Business, or Group participating in the Pensacola Seafood Festival hereby irrevocably agrees and consents that his/her photograph, video digital or audio recordings, images, likenesses, comments and any displayed, dealt in and copyrighted by Fiesta Pensacola or its successors and assigns, and by any other person, corporation or association duly authorized by Fiesta Pensacola, with any restriction or limitation, for advertising and revoked by trade of every kind and any other purpose. This release is applicable now and in the future and cannot be revoked by applicant. It is understood and agreed that said photograph, picture, film, video, digital or audio recordings, images, likenesses, comments and any reproductions thereof, as well as any materials connected there with and the rights arising therefrom and thereunder, are the exclusive property of Fiesta Pensacola binding upon heirs, next of kin and personal representatives.

  • If you have completed your application and attempted to upload your photos, but then realized they were too large, you will likely have to re-fill out the application without attempting to upload your photos from the start. The application system recognizes the upload attempt and will not let you submit, if they are too large, without starting over. We apologize for the inconvinence.
