This pop-up opportunity is open to NAA members in our Outdoor Sculpture Garden on several Sundays through the summer. Each call will open four weeks before the pop-up. The pop-up will run from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Members must handle their own sales and be present for NAA Arts Market pop-up event. First come first served for registration, 6 artists maximum per pop-up.
What NAA will provide:
The NAA will provide tables, tents, chairs
Print display racks (4 to 6 available, first come first served)
Cost:
Refundable Deposit Fee: $50 (refunded upon attendance)
Market will run rain or shine*
*NAA reserves the right to cancel the pop-up due to unsafe weather conditions that put members, staff or artwork at risk. In case of cancellation, NAA will notify artists no later than 4 hours before the pop-up (7:00am EST). Space permitting, the Arts Market may be moved inside the gallery due to poor weather.
What you may want to bring:
Participants must be present for the pop-up and will handle their own sales
Cash / extra change (NAA cannot make change / give out smaller bills if you run out)
Square / card reader (if doing credit card sales)
Table cloth (if desired) - tables are either 4 feet or 6 feet depending on how much space is needed
Grate / wire racks for hanging works
Any additional bins or other display items
Hat, sunscreen, portable fan (if weather is hot)
