4. I understand that prequalification does not guarantee that my company will be prequalified, invited to bid, or awarded any work on any specific project.

5. I agree to notify Timeless Construction in writing within ten (10) business days of any material change in the information provided (including changes in financial condition, insurance, bonding, licensing, ownership, key personnel, pending litigation, or safety record).

6. I authorize the requesting party to obtain and review public records and other relevant information related to my company and personnel.

7. I authorize the release of information requested in connection with this application.

8. I waive any claim against persons or entities providing information in good faith for this application.

9. I agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contract requirements.
