We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or damage, especially those that are permanent or pre-existing. 2. Client ResponsibilitiesClients must secure valuables, fragile items, pets and any hazardous areas prior to our arrival. We are not liable for damage from unsecured items or unsafe enviorments.3.Damage & LiabilityAny damages caused directly by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service. we will review all claims and, where appropriate, offer repair or replacement at our discretion. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or pre-existing damage.4. Cancellations & ReschedulingCancellations require at least 24 hours notice.Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of scheduled service. 5.Right to Refuse Service We resreve the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile conditions are encountered 6.Access to PropertyClients must provide property access at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to access issue may result in a cancellation fee.7.Use of Cleaning ProductsWe use industry-standard cleaning products unless otherwise requested. if specific products are needed or allergies exist, clients must inform us in advance.
