Was the Decedent a resident of Pima county? If not, what county and state? (this is listed on the death certificate)
Is there a will that has an original signature and two witnesses and a notary on it? If there is no will skip the next two questions.
Write the name address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email of the person listed in the will as the personal representative/executor.
Tell us about the problems you anticipate with the will. Is anyone deceased? Is anyone estranged? Is it just a copy? Do you know where the original will is?
Did the Decedent have a living trust?
Owners of the subject real property : First, middle, last naems as listed on the deed or tax rolls. If it says community property, or community property with right of survivorship, or joint tenants, etc list that also. Explain give a brief description of each person's relation to the Decedent.
Have you been handling any real property in another state or are there additional properties in Arizona?
Do you think the total value of ALL the real property the Decedent owned in Arizona was worth less than $200,000 in the year the decedent died after you subtract any mortgages ?
Do you immediately need the money from the real property sale to pay the deceased person's creditors? Have funeral expenses, expenses of last illness and all credit cards been paid? List any debt issues you anticipate.
