AIT - BoodleBox Request

BoodleBox is Wheaton College’s supported collaborative AI platform, bringing several leading AI models together in a secure, privacy-focused environment.

Two levels of access are available. Standard access is open to anyone with a wheaton.edu or my.wheaton.edu email address and is the recommended starting point for most users. It includes BoodleBox’s core tools and features, along with five interactions each day using premium AI models. After those five interactions are used, you may continue working without interruption using the available standard models.

Users who regularly need more than five premium interactions per day may complete this form to request full access, which provides expanded use of the premium models.

For staff in non-academic departments, each full-access license will be charged to the department at $8 per month. Licenses for faculty and staff in academic departments will be funded through the central academic technology budget managed by AIT.
