Level 2&3
Placement Requirement: Students must be placed into Level 2&3 before enrolling. If you register without first completing a placement assessment or receiving placement approval, no refunds will be provided due to incorrect enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust a student's level if deemed appropriate based on their ability, readiness, and overall fit. This policy is in place to ensure that every student is placed in the most suitable level and can have the best possible learning experience throughout the year.

- Tuesday 4:30PM - 5:55PM
- Friday 4:30PM - 5:55PM
- Saturday 12:15PM - 1:40PM (containing 45 mins stretch & conditioning with Level 4s)
Except for holidays.
Tuition Options
Full One-Time Payment:
Semester Tuition Total: $4,000 (one time)
Due Today: $4,000 + $50 Registration Fee
Pay in 10 Installments:
Installment Payment option has an addition fee of $20/ installment.
Annual Tuition Total: $4,200 (10 payments of $420)
Due Today: $420+ $50 Registration Fee
The remaining 9 payments will be charged on the first of the month from October 2026 to June 2027.
Performance Fees
The school will have 2 mandatory performances within the school year - one on December 20, 2026 and one at the end of the school year. Each performance will require:
- $50 performance fee to cover choreography and rehearsals
- $30 costume rental fee per costume
Charged closer to the time of performance.

- Wear Moi Alban footless dance tights, Grey

Uniforms can be purchased at On Pointe Dancewear in Bellevue.
After completing this registration form, an additional Student Behavior Agreement will need to be signed closer to the start of the school year.
