    Local businesses are the lifeblood of our community and your donation helps us fund educational opportunities through trips, clinicians, and equipment. We also help to offset the costs to families by subsidizing transportation costs to festivals and providing scholarships to families in need.

      REDMOND'S FROZEN OVER SPONSOR (3 performances on December 13th) - Two options:

      1. Full sponsorship. Suggested donation: $10,000. (1 available) Fully sponsor our Redmond's Frozen Over holiday fundraising concert.  Selecting this sponsorship means we will include the words "presented in partnership with" in all of our programs and marketing materials. We will not sell tickets to the event, since your donation will allow us to meet our fundraising goal. You will receive reserved seating for the performance of your choice, the opportunity to include your materials in the program and lobby, and verbal recognition and thanks before each performance. 

      2. Performance sponsorship. Suggested donation: $2,500 (3 available)

      Sponsor one of the three performances of Redmond's Frozen Over. For the performance you select (same as above). 

      Alternatively: Your donation will cover the expenses of our holiday fundraising concert, maximizing the value of our ticket sales. (or, allow us to provide cocoa, cookies, and photos for free to attendees).

      SPONSOR SWING NIGHT FUNDRAISER

      A $3,000 Title Sponsorship makes Swing Night free for all guests, removing the barrier of ticket cost and helping fill the room with families, students, and community members. In recognition of this leadership gift, the event will be branded as “Swing Night Presented by [Sponsor Name]” across event promotions, signage, and announcements. This sponsorship creates significant goodwill while allowing the evening’s fundraising efforts to go even further in direct support of the Redmond Band program.

      SPONSOR EVENING OF JAZZ (JOINT BAND/CHOIR EVENT)

      A $2,500 donation helps elevate one of our signature community concerts with additional sound and event support for an outdoor performance in downtown Redmond. Sponsors receive prominent name recognition throughout the evening, plus promotion in flyers, on the Band and Choir Booster website, and through social media, reaching both Redmond Band and Choir families as well as the broader community.

      SPONSOR THE MARCHING BAND AT A FOOTBALL GAME 

      A $1,000 Sponsor the Band at a Football Game sponsorship puts your business directly in front of the Redmond High School game-day community. Your organization will be recognized by the halftime announcer, and a sponsor banner will be carried into the stadium as part of the band’s football game performance.

      Available dates: Sept. 4th, Sept. 18th, Oct. 2nd, Oct. 9th, Oct. 30th

      SPONSOR THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HONOR CHOIR

      Donate to sponsor our inaugural Elementary School Honor Choir event in October. Your materials provided to over 500 elementary families with registration information. $4,500 needed - sponsorships available starting at $1,000. Sponsors can choose to sponsor t-shirts, lunch, awards, or fund a clinician.

      SPONSOR THE SILENT FILM FUNDRAISER

      Premiere Sponsor the Silent Film Fundraiser ($3000) and support Chamber Orchestra’s performance at Carnegie Hall in April! Your gift will allow us to purchase performance rights and marketing for this fundraiser performance, which increases the impact on reducing costs for student travel to New York. In recognition of this leadership gift, the event will be branded as “[Silent Film Title] Presented by [Sponsor Name]” across event promotions, signage, and announcements.

      SPONSOR THE POPS CONCERT

      Premiere Sponsor our annual POPs concert ($2500) and get to experience the music you love from films, theatre, video games and more! This highly-attended, annual concert is typically themed and features symphonic collaborations that will blow you away! In recognition of this leadership gift, the event will be branded as “Redmond POPs Presented by [Sponsor Name]” across event promotions, signage, and announcements.

  • Upon submission of this form, you will be contacted by a representative of your partner organization with an invoice and next steps. For limited sponsorship options, your sponsorship option will be held for 7 days to allow us time to invoice you and to receive the payment. If you fail to complete payment within 7 seven days, we will re-list the sponsorship option.
