    APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 25, 2026

    New members must submit a video audition with this application - videos may be submitted at the end of this form, or emailed at a later date. Please complete the form and submit your video by August 25th. Returning members do not need to submit an audition video but do need to submit the following application.

    Videos should be no more than 5-7 minutes long. Please begin by stating you name, age, grade level for Fall 2026, and what piece you will be playing. Musical Selections can include, but are not limited to: the KSYO Youth Orchestra excerpts, a past or present ETSBOA audition piece, or a musical selection of equal or greater challenge.     In video, musicians should begin with an introduction including: 1. Name 2. Grade/Age 3. Musical Selection Title Video should be no more than 5-7 minutes with no less than 3 minutes of playing. Please record in well-lighted  and quiet space. Video should show approximately one foot above student's head and well into the foreground. We want to see your posture and set-up.
