  • Welcome! Old Union Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (OUES PTO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the education and campus experience of every Old Union student, teacher and staff member — and your membership makes that possible.

    As in years past, we are providing you with the opportunity to complete your registration, donation items, and sponsorships typical for this time of year.

    *Please Note: Only paying PTO supporters are listed in the OUES Directory. Forms and ALL orders must be received by August 31, 2026.

  • PTO Membership & School Fund Contributions

    Your membership supports everything from teacher and staff needs, school social events, educational programs, field trip buses, staff appreciation and more!
  • Are you an OUES teacher or staff member?*
  • We need you! Teamwork makes the dream work! There will be plenty of opportunities to volunteer throughout the year. Are you interested in being a PTO volunteer?*
  • OUES Classroom Party Fund. Funds provide students at OUES with activities, crafts and snacks during the Holiday, Valentine's Day and End of Year parties. Suggested donation of $15 per student.

  • Teacher Gift Fund. Funds collected will be used to purchase birthday, holiday, teacher appreciation week and end of year gifts for homeroom teachers on behalf of the PTO. Suggested donation of $30 per student.

  • Staff Gift Fund. Provides gifts for administrators, encore teachers, special education and support staff members - the people who often go unrecognized - on appreciation days, holidays and birthdays. Suggested donation of $10 per student.

  • Staff Hospitality Events. Helps cover the cost of monthly staff lunches, snacks, and special events throughout the year (including Staff Appreciation Week). Suggested donation of $15 per student.

  • Dragon Dash 2026

    To Play and Beyond

  • Dragon Dash is Old Union Elementary's signature fall fundraiser — and the biggest event of our school year. It's a multi-week campaign where every student becomes a fundraiser, building excitement and school-wide community along the way. It all closes with an epic obstacle course celebration on the playground for all 450+ Dragons.

    This year's theme is inspired by Toy Story 5 — and we're taking Dragon Dash "to play and beyond." Every dollar raised goes toward programs that enhance the student experience right here at Old Union — the kind of things that the district and state budgets simply don't cover but make all the difference for our kids and the staff.

    As a Family Sponsor, you're part of the crew:

    • Teacher & Staff Lunch — Our $1,000 sponsors treat the entire OUES staff to a catered lunch for a specific month. 
    • Teacher & Staff Snack Cart — Our $500 sponsors fund the weekly snack cart that rolls through the building bringing a little joy to every teacher and staff member. 
    • Principal for the Day Raffle — Part of our beloved "Kids Rule the School" tradition, one lucky winner gets to step into Principal Fike's shoes for the day — and choose two friends to serve as Assistant Principal O'Quinn and Counselor Casdorph. Family Sponsors receive bonus raffle entries based on their sponsorship level.

    Most Family Sponsors receive recognition on the back of 600+ Dragon Dash t-shirts worn by every student all school year — plus an optional Dragon Dash yard sign for your home.
