VIP Attendee Agreement

On behalf of Questex’s Fierce Health Payer Summit evaluation committee, I am pleased to confirm that you have been selected as a VIP attendee to participate in the exclusive Connect track of the larger Fierce Health Payer Summit being held at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL, from November 30th-December 2nd, 2026.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Your participation as a VIP attendee entitles you to one complimentary pass to the Fierce Health Payer Summit, being held at the Orlando World Center Marriott from November 30th-December 2nd, 2026.

2. The VIP pass includes:

   • Three-day program access to all sessions, panels, and keynotes
   • Networking events and receptions
   • VIP schedule exclusive to the Connect track
   • Airfare up to $750, to be arranged by Questex’s travel department
   • Two nights accommodations at the Orlando World Center Marriott

3. The VIP agrees to attend prescheduled, strategic meetings with targeted solution providers. These meetings will be arranged in tandem by the Fierce team and the VIP attendee to take place during the Fierce Health Payer Summit. The VIP attendee must create a personal profile and make selections of whom they’d like to meet with. If no information is provided by the VIP attendee, a schedule will be created for them.

4. In addition to meetings with solution providers, the VIP attendee agrees to attend all official hosted meals, networking events, and program activities.

5. The VIP attendee understands that their contact information will be shared with participating Fierce Health Payer Summit event partners.
   
   This agreement is also subject to the general Fierce Event terms and conditions found here, as well as Questex’s general privacy policy, found here.
   
   

6. CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION
   
   In the event of a cancellation by the VIP attendee, a cancellation fee of $750.00 will apply. Fierce/Questex agrees to waive the cancellation fee if a substitute attendee is provided (subject to approval at Fierce’s discretion). The substitute attendee must attend the Fierce Health Payer Summit and is subject to the same terms and conditions as the VIP attendee.
   
   

7. FAILURE TO COMPLY
   
   If the VIP attendee or substitute attendee fails to adhere to all terms and conditions or is a no-show to the event (i.e. does not attend and provides no prior written notice or approved substitution), this will constitute a breach of agreement. In such cases, the cancellation fee of $750 applies.

I affirm, by signing this document, that I agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the VIP Attendee Agreement. I acknowledge that a credit card is required to secure my place in the event and will only be used in the event of non-compliance of these Terms & Conditions.
