  • Hey Buds! We knowwww it's been a long time, but WE'RE BACK, and we're so stoked to see you all again! Jon (jonnyonethree), Shayna and Julie (of PRFM LDN) are teaming up with Hard Luck, Sneaky Dee's and Emo Night North to bring you PRFM TORONTO. 

    First things first, this is an APPLICATION, NOT a registration form. Filling this form out does not guarantee you a spot. 
    If you're selected we will be in touch with the next steps for you to officially register to vend and pay your table fees. We DO need to see your products in order to consider your application, so please complete this form toroughly.

    WE'RE INTO... 
    vinyl / record distro, screenprinting / apparel, vintage curators + collectors, fine art + prints, plants + home decor, patches + pins, zines / comic distro, jewelry + accessories, textile art,     skincare / bath + body / DIY. 

    We're not looking for things that you'd find at the church bazaar.
    If you're a weirdo maker, a chic as fuck hustler or anything in between, we want you. 

    Please note: this event takes place on the second floor of the venue and is unfortunately not accessible due to stairs.

    Weapons of any kind, (overly) graphic content, ai "art", culturally appropriated goods, and hate of any kind - this goes for homophobia, transphobia, sexism, xenophobia, and all the other trash isms/phobias are not permitted. Be cool!

    Be aware of potential scams - you will only ever be contacted about vending at PRFM Toronto from punkrockfleamarkettoronto@gmail.com, NEVER through facebook comment sections, messenger, etc. We request payment only after acceptance and will never as for credit care information.

    We will notify vendors by Thursday, June 25th. If accepted you must confirm (provide bio + photos, pay fee) by Monday, June 29th. If you fail to confirm on time we will be moving on to our wait list to fill the space with another eager vendor

    If you can't fill in at least one of these spaces, you might as well stop now. Pop-Up markets depend largely on the social media interactions of their vendors, so some kind of business page is a must.

  • SWAG SWAG SWAG:

    Swag bags were always a big hit in Toronto! Swag at the door for the first 50 always brings a rush right off the hop, so let's all pitch in to make this happen! TO likes to sleep and brunch Sunday mornings. Let's get them to the PRFM!
  • HOW MANY ITEMS WILL YOU BE PITCHING IN?:*

  • It would be ideal to have us pitch-in anywhere between 25-50 items per vendor.
    The items can be as simple as 50 stickers, or 25 patches and 25 1" buttons. Whatever works for you.
    If it isn't obvious what business these items are coming from, attach a card with your info so you can make all the sales!

  • Please Note: 

    Vendor fees are NON REFUNDABLE

    If you ARE accepted you will be contacted shortly with how to move forward. 

    If you're NOT accepted, you will be added to a wait list and will be contacted if there are any cancellations

    AGREEMENT FOR ALL VENDORS:

    • A floorplan will be provided in advance to the market 
    • Vendors must fit within the space provided (6 feet)
    • Vendors are required to PROVIDE YOU'RE OWN table + chairs 
    • Access to hydro isn't an option for many so we suggest battery operated lighting
    • Organizers reserve the right to move a vendors location- all and any requests for location will be considered but not guaranteed
    • Vendors are responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen merchandise during the event. Organizers + venue will NOT be held liable
    • You CAN share a space, but BOTH vendors must apply and be accepted (note in special request section who you want to share with)
    • Vendors are expected to promote the event through their social media channels - promotion and team effort is part of participating in PRFM's
    • Out of respect for the event and fellow vendors, vendors may not leave early, even if sold out (unless there's a major emergency, obviously)

    If you're all good, by clicking the button below you agree with all of the above and - that Punk Rock Flea Market Toronto has the right to reject any vendor that they do not see fitting within the punk rock ethics of the event - and that you fully understand this agreement.
