  • The following 4 slides will give you job descriptions, pay, and requirements of all positions we hire for during our fall season. Be sure to read them thoroughly to best select the location(s) that interest you.

  • Clean Team: Team Members must be 18. These team members will maintain the most important role during our season! They will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing daily cleaning and sanitation duties. This includes but not limited to sweeping, mopping and scrubbing floors; cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; emptying trash and recycling. The role also involves handling cleaning chemicals, lifting heavy equipment and working in potentially messy or unpleasant conditions. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures are essential. Team members must have the ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds in this position. Clean Team members must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision as well as notifying managers of major repairs. Team Members must be friendly with a great knowledge of the farm to help assist our guests with any questions they may have. ($18.40/hr. first year)

  • Apple Cider Production (fresh cider – NOT alcoholic cider): Team Members must be 18 or older to work within the production facility. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Team Members will need to be able to lift 50 pounds or more of product and walk/stand on their feet for long periods of time. Team Members are required to fill apple cider jugs, restock retail locations with cider as well as food locations, prep pumpkin and apple product for the bakery and keep the area sanitary. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Bakers: Team Members must be 18 or older to operate mixers and motor operated cutters. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Departments with bakers include Mrs. B’s Bakery, CookieActory and Will E. Coyote’s. Team Members will need to be able to lift 50 pounds or more of product, walk/stand on their feet for long periods of times and withstand repetitive physical actions. Team Members in CookieActory will also need to be knowledgeable about espresso coffees and be efficient in the production of these coffees. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Baker Helper: Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Departments with helpers include Mrs. B’s Bakery & CookieActory. Team Members will need to be able to lift 50 pounds or more of product, walk/stand on their feet for long periods of times and withstand repetitive physical actions. Team Members in CookieActory will also need to be knowledgeable about espresso coffees and be efficient in the production of these coffees. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Birthday Party Attendant: Position starts September 5th. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Organize birthday parties, help with set up and clean up, serve lunch and assist parents. Team Member will be required to stand for long periods of time. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Caramel Apple Production: Team Members must be 18 or older to operate candy pots. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Team Members will need to be able to lift 50 pounds or more of product, walk/stand on their feet for long periods of times, work over a hot kettle and withstand repetitive physical actions. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Food Service BBQ / Fryer: Team Members must be 16 years or older. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Team Members will be trained in the use of our BBQ, Smoker and Fryer procedures. This position requires lifting of 50+ pound supplies and being able to withstand working around high heat equipment. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Food Service Cashier: CookieActory, Mrs. B’s Bakery, Cider Mill, Coyote Bend, Slushie Parlor, Cider Slushie Shed and Cluck-N-Dogs. These areas have Team Members that will serve as cashiers that are responsible for taking orders accurately and efficiently as well as runners filling orders. Team Members in these locations must be able to stand for long periods of time. Pigadeli cashiers will be responsible for taking orders accurately and efficiently. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Food Service Kettle Corn / Pretzels: Team Members must be 18 or older to operate the Kettle Corn Machine and work within Will E.’s due to this building serving alcohol. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification, CA Responsible Beverage Server Certification and register with the CA Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control. If hired training links will be provided by the company. All Team Members in this role will be required to properly operate a cash register, prepare, cook and serve food quickly while maintaining health and safety standards. Team Members will need to be able to lift 50 pounds or more of product, walk/stand on their feet for long periods of times, work over a hot kettle and withstand repetitive physical actions. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Food Service Other Side of the Tracks (OSOTT) Cook/ Prep: Team Members must be 18 or older to work at OSOTT due to this location serving alcohol. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. All Team Members in this role will be required to properly operate a cash register. Team Member will be trained in the use of our Grilled Cheese station procedures. Position may require lifting of 50+ pound supplies and being able to withstand working around high heating equipment ($18.40 hr. first year)

    Food Service Prep / Attendant: Pigadeli, Lemonade, Barnyard BBQ, Dip n Dots, Cotton Candy, Birthday Party Team, Cider Slushie Shed, Slushie Parlor, Cider Mill, Cluck N Dog and other food service buildings and pop ups. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Prepare, cook, and serve food quickly. Team Members are required to walk/stand on their feet for long periods of time. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Ice Cream & Slushie Machine Master: Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Team Members in this position are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all ice cream and slushie machines, along with related equipment to ensure safe, high‑quality food service. Duties include disassembling machine parts, washing and sanitizing components, wiping down surfaces and reassembling machines according to food safety guidelines. Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation procedures are essential. Team Members will also maintain a clean work area, properly handle cleaning chemicals and report any equipment issues to a supervisor. This role requires standing for long periods, repetitive cleaning tasks, and teamwork; machine cleaning is always performed with at least one other Team Member present for safety and efficiency. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Other Side of the Tracks (OSOTT)/ Will E. Coyote / Hard Cider Shack Counter Servers: Team Members must be 21 or older. Team Members will be required to obtain their Safe Serve Food Certification, CA Responsible Beverage Server Certification and register with the CA Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control. If hired training links will be provided by the company. Team Members must be knowledgeable serving hard cider, beer and wine. All Team Members in this role are required to properly operate a cash register. Team Members here will be expected to understand proper pouring techniques, safely read guests’ limitations and work quickly and efficiently. Team Members will assist in serving complete orders including food items. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Product Mover: Help move products around the farm as necessary, including unloading deliveries from the Warehouse. Moving Fresh Apple Cider, warehouse deliveries, bags of ice, kettle corn, caramel apples, baked items, heavy boxes etc. Must be able to lift heavy items. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Warehouse Helper: Team Members must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. Help deliver products to the building as early as 5:00 AM. Maintain the Warehouse organization and effectively place items first in first out. Receive product and inventory on delivery, ability to drive large pickup trucks, forklift experience, and carry heavy items. ($18.40/hr. first year)




    **All Team Members working in a food service area will be required to obtain a valid Food Handlers Certificate. An online class will be offered to the individuals hired in these positions if they do not already have a valid certificate. The online class and achievement of the certificate must be completed before they will be able to work their first shift at the farm.

  • Attractions Cashier: Team Members are responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service while selling attraction tickets and ride wristbands. Team Members in this role must understand the differences between ticket types, wristband days, pricing and daily offerings. They ensure guests receive the correct products, answer questions about the farm confidently and help maintain smooth operations at ticket booths and attraction entrances. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Attractions Helper: Assist guests on and off rides such as Farmer Bill's Tootling Tractors, Bishop's Flying Service, Sunflower Whirl and more. Team Members are responsible for overseeing the safety and organization of guests waiting in line and disembarking from all attractions. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Attractions Operator: Team Members must be 18 or older to operate machinery. Carousel, Bishop’s Flying Service, Sunflower Whirl, Farmer Bill’s Tootling Tractors, Train, etc. Team Member will help guests on and off rides and must adhere to the safety regulations and monitor the maintenance of rides. Team Member will be required to stand for long periods of time. To work as a Train Conductor all Team Members are required to have a valid Driver’s License. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Corn Maze Attendant: Position starts September 11th. These attendants need to be well-versed on the direction of the maze. They will assist guests in the maze as needed, keep the maze clean and have safety as a priority. Team Member will be required to stand for long periods of time. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Coyote Mountain and Sunflower Stroll: Attendants will be working directly with guests and their families. These Team Members will be asked to monitor the use of the slides, assist children when picking out their marbles and keep the pond area clean and filled with marbles. Team members will need to be knowledgeable about the options when purchasing sunflowers, the proper flower cutting techniques and assist guests as needed. Team Member will be required to stand for long periods of time. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Golden Grain Raceway Attendant: The farm’s newest attraction: our super Mega Slide! Help load guests with their tubes onto the slide and safely off the slide. Team Members are responsible for overseeing the safety and organization of guests waiting in line along with adhering to all safety requirements of the attraction. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Hayride Driver: Team Members must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. Team Member are responsible for the safety of patrons and their children while riding on the Hayride wagon. Also responsible for overseeing the safety and organization of guests waiting in line and disembarking from the trailer. Team Members will load and unload wagons, assist the guests with pumpkins and do some mechanical assistance when needed. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Hayride Loader: Team Members will load and unload wagons, assisting the guests with pumpkins and doing some mechanical support when needed. Team Members are responsible for overseeing the safety and organization of guests waiting in line and disembarking from the Hayride.  Loaders must be able to stand for long periods of time. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Petting Zoo & Porko Arena Attendant: Team Members in the Petting Zoo are responsible for preparing food for the animals, running the cash register and ensuring the safety of both animals and guests. They maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and sanitation including animal pens, fences, and sidewalks are cleaned continuously and hand‑washing sinks must remain fully stocked and functioning. Team Members will also be assigned to Porko Arena assisting with Pig Races. In this area, they help load pigs into the starting gate and entertain large audiences with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. All duties in this department are performed as a team. Team Members never work alone when assisting guests or handling animals. Long periods on your feet, shoveling, raking and cleaning are required. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Pumpkin Hauler Driver: Team Members must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. Team members will be responsible for driving small tractors with trailers to assist guests in the loadingand hauling of large Prize Winner pumpkins in the giant pumpkin field. Individuals will work in teams, do heavy lifting and be key in serving the needs of our guests in a timely matter. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Pumpkin Hauler Helper: Team Members will be responsible for assisting guests in the loading and hauling of Prize Winner pumpkins in the giant pumpkin field. Individuals will work in teams, do heavy lifting and be key in serving the needs of our guests in a timely matter. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. ($16.90/hr. first year)

  • Courtesy Clerk: Team Members in this role must assist the guests with their pumpkin/produce purchases. Courtesy Clerks may assist guests by transporting their purchases to their vehicles from Pumpkin Check Out and Harvest Barn. For safety and service consistency, this duty is always completed with at least 2 team members; Courtesy Clerks do not perform vehicle‑assist tasks alone. These Team Members will also be asked to keep the product in the refrigerators stocked and Apple Cider properly rotated. These individuals will need to be able to stand for long periods of time and lift pumpkins possibly weighing 50 pounds or more with proper, repetitive lifting techniques. These Team Members need to be friendly, helpful and prioritize the needs of the guest during their produce purchases. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Fire Pit Attendant: Position starts September 18th. Team Members will assist guests in tending to their private fire pit and remain available to the group as a helper throughout their pit reservation. Team Members will be responsible for collecting all garbage at the end of the day and disposing of it where required. Team Members may need to work in teams, do heavy lifting and be key in serving the needs of our guests in a timely matter. Must be able to lift at least 50lb. ($16.90/hr. first year)

    Harvest Barn Retail: Team Members must be 18 years or older. Guest service and friendliness while selling pumpkins and merchandise are part of this job. Team Members will need to be engaging with guests, assist in unloading Hayride wagons, be knowledgeable about the variety of produce available, pricing and more. Team Members must understand how to properly operate the cash register as well as how to properly check IDs for alcohol sales. This job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy products (up to 50 pounds at times). This team is expected to keep displays cleaned, organized and restocked along with proper rotation of cider refrigerators.  ($17.90/hr. first year)

    Information Booth/School Check-In: Team Members working at the Info Booth will need to be knowledgeable about the farm, friendly, enthusiastic, problem solvers and guest service oriented. Duties will include supporting farm guests with questions, answering the phones, giving directions, minor first aid, and more. Team Members work directly with teachers for school field trips.  ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Parking Lot Attendant: Position starts October 2nd. These Team Members welcome guests to the farm on Fridays-Sundays at the parking gate. Individuals must be problem solvers, able to give polite directions, enjoy working on their own and be able to stand for long periods of time. Being knowledgeable about the farm, daily events and layout of the farm are beneficial when working in this position. ($18.40/hr. first year)

    Retail Cashier: Individuals with outgoing personalities, a natural ability to sell products and good conversationalists will succeed in this position. These Team Members will be expected to keep displays clean, organized and always stocked. Attention to display detail and guests’ needs will be great assets to this role. Use of the cash register, packaging items and efficiency in moving through guest lines will also be important in these departments. ($16.90/hr. first year)

     

    **All Team Members working in a food service area will be required to obtain a valid Food Handlers Certificate. An online class will be offered to the individuals hired in these positions if they do not already have a valid certificate.
