The Bearlywed Game Application Form
Thanks for your interest in competing on the Bearlywed Game. This game will take place on Saturday, August 15 at 1PM on the back patio of the SF Eagle, located at 398 12th Street in San Francisco, as part of this year's SF Bear Weekend. We're looking for four teams of two people in which the two people are in an existing romantic relationship (married, significant others or partners) of any sexual orientation. Both members of teams must register on a single application form. We'll play one round of the Bearlywed Game and declare a winner at its conclusion. NOTE: All contestants must be 21 years of age or order, and must live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
