Our holiday show is a curated show, vendors are chosen based off their applications, photos, past performance at our show and our market demographics.* This field is required.I acknowledge that previous participation and/or submitting my application does not guarantee me a space in this year's show.

Booth Size:* This field is required.Booth fees are not due until after vendor selections are made. Applicants selecting a booth for the entire weekend will get priority over single day vendors. If you're a returning vendor, spots from previous years are not guaranteed. Only 15 Double Booths and 4 Premium Booths are available and are distributed on a first paid, first served basis.
Single Booth: $300 (6x10 Total Space)
Double Booth: $400 (6x20 Total Space)
Premium Booth: $500 (Endcap, 6x12 Plus a 6x10 Table, No Electricity)
Saturday Only - Single Booth: $200 (6x10 Total Space)
Sunday Only - Single Booth: $200 (6x10 Total Space)

$100 - Choose Your Spot Option (New for 2026) See Below:* This field is required.The “Choose Your Spot” option is available to all approved vendors who would like the opportunity to select their preferred booth location for an additional $100. We know many of our returning vendors have favorite spots, and we truly appreciate the history and loyalty so many of you bring to this event each year. To keep the process fair and give all vendors the same opportunity, booth spaces will no longer be assigned based on previous participation or past booth locations. Vendors who would like to choose their booth space may do so by selecting yes below. If you do not choose this option, your space will be randomly assigned.

Since the YMCA no longer requires Vendors to donate 20% of all sales, Vendors acknowledge they are solely responsible for handling all monetary transactions related to the sale of their goods or services. The YMCA will not facilitate, manage, or be held liable for any exchange of money between vendors and attendees. This includes, but is not limited to, the receipt of payment, refunds, product delivery, and the resolution of any disputes that may arise from such transactions. Vendors are expected to bring their own payment processing systems and manage all sales independently. By participating, vendors acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their financial dealings during the event.* This field is required.
