*No outside alcohol or food is permitted. Alcohol and Food can be purchased at the venue. NO smoking allowed on the premises.

Approved vehicle owners will receive the following benefits:

✅ Social media promotion and exposure through HOU CITY FEST marketing channels
✅ Waived event parking fees for the approved display vehicle

SOCIAL MEDIA COLLABORATION REQUIREMENT

If your vehicle is approved for display, you will be invited to collaborate on a promotional post from the HOU CITY FEST Instagram page.

By registering, you agree to accept the collaboration request within 48 hours of receiving it. This helps us promote your vehicle and the event to a larger audience.

Failure to accept the collaboration request within the allotted time may result in the promotional post being archived or removed from our page, and your vehicle may receive reduced promotional coverage.

Participation in event promotion is a requirement for all approved vehicle displays. Please ensure your Instagram account is active and able to receive collaboration requests.

EVENT RULES & AGREEMENT:

PLEASE NOTE:

• Completing this registration form does NOT guarantee a vehicle spot.
• All vehicle submissions are subject to approval.
• Once approved, please allow up to 3 days for HOU CITY FEST to collaborate and promote your vehicle on our social media platforms.
• All vehicles must be fully set up no later than 11:00 AM.
• Vehicles must remain on display for the entire duration of the event and may not leave early without approval from event staff.
• Additional setup instructions, arrival times, and event details will be sent during the week of the event.

By submitting this registration, I agree to the following:

✓ I will arrive and depart during the designated load-in and load-out times provided by event staff.

✓ I understand that HOU CITY FEST reserves the right to relocate, deny entry, or remove any vehicle that does not follow event guidelines.

✓ No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. Tejas Beer purchased from the venue is permitted where allowed by law.

✓ Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Vaping is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with venue rules.

✓ Burnouts, reckless driving, racing, donuts, excessive revving, loud or disruptive behavior, or unsafe vehicle operation will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.

✓ I understand that HOU CITY FEST, Giant Texas Distillers, event organizers, sponsors, staff, and venue representatives are not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, injury, or accident involving my vehicle, personal property, passengers, or guests.

✓ I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff, venue personnel, and security at all times.
