Thank you so much for your interest in being tattooed! I am currently accepting proposals for both flash and custom designs. Below is some basic information I need from you and some details about my studio.
Please allow 3-5 days for a response. If your request is something that I can take on, I will be following up with a calendar link for you to select an appointment date.
Once you’ve selected a date, I need a non refundable $100 deposit to hold your spot via Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. Upon receipt of your deposit, I will send information with studio location, parking, public transportation, etc.
I will announce on Instagram when I have replied to all inquiries.

AI Policy:
Please, please, PLEASE refrain from making a mock up in ChatGPT or any other AI program - this is why you're paying me! If I am having trouble understanding your vision, I will ask some clarifying questions or we can have a virtual consult. I understand that you may feel sending an AI generated image is helpful, but it feels hurtful to me as an artist and it's environmentally devastating. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellations/Rescheduling/Late Arrival:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please give me MINIMUM 48 hours notice to try and fill the spot (thank you!) For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit becomes void and you will need a new deposit to reschedule. If you miss your appointment without notice, you will not be rescheduled.
When rescheduling, please be aware that your deposit may only be transferred ONCE. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required. Thank you for understanding.
For noon appointments, if you are more than 30 minutes late, there is a possibility that your tattoo will not be completed in one session.
Running late? Please contact me as soon as possible!
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late risk cancellation and will need a new deposit to reschedule.
Accessibility Information:
I am excited to announce that starting in July, I will be working out of Supplementary Tattoo in the Bucktown neighborhood!
The studio is an outside shoes off zone - there are sanitized rubber slides available to clients, but feel free to bring cozy socks or slippers to wear
The studio is ground level, has nice sturdy furniture, and a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
My table has a working weight capacity of 750lbs.
My chairs are sturdy, steel, and armless rated to 500lbs
While Supplementary doesn't require a mask, I will continue to mask around my clients and ask that you wear an N95 (or equivalent) for the duration of the appointment, even if you have been vaccinated. If you do not have a KN95 mask, I have extras at my studio for clients.

I will not show the design ahead of the appointment. My appointments have extra time built in for any adjustments and revisions needed.

All designs tattooed this round will be retired at the end of this booking period.
