    • Online Booking: Schedule at least 48 business hours' in advance.

    • Prepaid Trip Charge: A discounted, prepaid trip charge is required for online booking. This covers the licensed locksmiths travel to your location.

    • Service Area: Extra mileage charges may apply for areas outside our standard service area.

  • Payment Policies

    We're a small business and every hour counts.  We kindly ask for your consideration in regards to scheduling and canceling appointments.

    • Prepaid Trip Charge: A trip charge is required to schedule your service. This charge covers the locksmith's travel to your location and is separate from any service fees for work performed.

    • Refund: Full refund of trip charge if canceled 24+ business hours before your scheduled appointment by emailing admin@acmelocksmith.com. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 24 hours prior or for no-shows.

    • Service Costs: Additional charges apply for services performed. 

    • Payment: Payment for onsite services can be made by credit card. No personal checks or cash. 
  • Good news: your $20 online discount is already applied below. Your trip charge is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 business hours ahead, and it goes toward your total service cost.
