    Please fill out the form to apply for an OUTSIDE vendor spot at the first ever Annual Handmade Hero's Fest. If accepted, payment must be made within two weeks of being approved. Please check your spam/junk folders for acceptance/payment emails. All emails will come from collectorscrusadeunited@gmail.com.

    Location:
    The Waterline Brewing Company at 721 Surry Street, Wilmington, NC 28401

    Setup:
    Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 9:30am
    MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 11:30AM.
    Tent must remain set up for the duration of the event.
    Early departure/No show vendors will be banned from future events.
    Setup consists of the provided 10x10 space.
    Tent and tent weights are required.
    Vendors without a tent/weights will be asked to leave.
    Racks, shelves, and extra displays are fine, but most not exceed the area of the space provided nor impede on other vendors' space.

    Coordinators:
    This event is held by Collectors Crusade United.

    Food Trucks:
    Food truck(s) on site will be provided by Waterline Brewing Company. 

  • Terms and Conditions

    - Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
    - Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.
    - If accepted, vendor fees must be paid by the deadline specified in the approval email in order to secure your space.
    - Absolutely no event/show solicitations. Personal business advertisement is welcome.
    - All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by The Waterline Brewing Company or the Event Coordinators.
    - Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and tent management.
    - All items must be pop-culture themed and approved my event coordinators.
    - Vendors must only sell handmade items only.
    - Absolutely no AI generated work allowed.
    - No counterfeit or unlicensed merchandise is permitted.
    - Event coordinators reserve the right to remove any vendor or item(s) deemed inappropriate. 
    - Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
    - Event organizers and venue owners are not liable for any medical costs associated with an injury.
