SERVICE AGREEMENT
Party Character Entertainment
This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the Entertainment Service Provider (the "Business") and the undersigned individual (the "Client"). By securing a booking, submitting a deposit, or signing below, the Client agrees to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
1. SERVICES & BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The Business agrees to provide professional character entertainment services as detailed in the Client's specific event booking. These services include designated character performance, thematic activities, and a scheduled duration as mutually agreed upon prior to the event date.
2. VENUE & LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
To ensure the professional standard of the performance, the integrity of the costumes, and the personal safety of the staff, the Business enforces a strict event location policy:
Public Spaces Only:
All scheduled performances must take place within an established public or commercial venue. Permissible venues include public parks, leased community centers, commercial restaurants, indoor recreational facilities, or rented event spaces.
Residential Restriction:
The Business will not provide entertainment services at private residential locations (including private homes, apartments, or private residential backyards) unless a specific exemption has been formally discussed, evaluated, and approved in writing by the Business management prior to final booking confirmation.
Policy Violation:
If an entertainer arrives at a venue and discovers it is an unapproved private residence, the Business reserves the single right to immediately cancel the performance. In such an event, no refunds will be issued, and the full contract price remains due.
3. FINANCIAL TERMS & PAYMENT
Total Fee:
The agreed-upon amount for the booked services is specified in the Client invoice.
Up-Front Deposit:
A strict up-front deposit of
$30.00
is required at the time of reservation to secure the specific date, time slot, and character performer. Bookings are not confirmed, and dates will not be held, until this

deposit is paid in full. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation.
Final Balance Payment:
All remaining balances must be paid in full to the Business upon arrival at the event venue, before the performance begins, unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the event.

4. CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY
Because performers block out dedicated availability and refuse alternative employment opportunities to guarantee your reservation, scheduling changes are subject to the following regulations:
• Non-Refundable Deposit: The $30.00 up-front booking deposit is completely non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, this deposit will be forfeited to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
• Notice Requirements: To cancel or modify an event, formal notice must be received by the Business in writing. If the Client cancels the event, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be subject to forfeiture depending on the timing of the notice.
5. PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY

Mandatory Adult Supervision:
The Client is legally required to ensure that at least one designated adult remains physically present to monitor and supervise the attending children at all times. Business performers are present strictly for entertainment purposes and are legally prohibited from acting as childcare providers or babysitters.

Behavioral Safety:
The Business enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding physical aggression, verbal abuse, or inappropriate conduct directed toward performers or the character wardrobe by any guest or attendee. Performers are authorized to deliver one verbal warning to the Client. If the behavior persists, the performer will exit the venue immediately, the service will be terminated, and no refund will be provided.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
The Business, its independent contractors, and its employees assume no legal responsibility or liability for any personal injuries, property damage, accidents, or allergic reactions sustained by the Client or event guests during the performance. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Business from any financial claims, demands, or lawsuits arising out of or connected with the scheduled event.
Client Acknowledgment: By providing my signature below, I certify that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all the terms, conditions, and provisions set forth in this Service Agreement. I explicitly acknowledge and consent to the requirement of a non-refundable $30.00 up-front deposit to secure a date, the requirement to settle the final remaining balance upon arrival, and the operational restriction requiring all events to take place exclusively in approved public or commercial spaces.
