  Monthly Tuition
  $145/month × 10 months (May 20 - Mar 20)= $1,450
  
  Uniform + Team Fees
  $1,290 total
  4 payments of $322.50 (June 10, July 10, August 10, Sept 10)
  
  Competition Fees
  $555 total
  2 payments of $277.50
  
  Total season financial commitment: $3,295
  
  Costs are spread throughout the season according to the published payment schedule and are not due all at once. *Monthly Fundraisers, Sponsorship, Work for Cheer Program Opportunities as they are available, Sibling & Team Monthly Discounts are available to help families offset costs.

  All athletes interested in joining Season 1 must complete registration.
  
  Every athlete who registers will be placed on a team.
  
  Team Commitment Registration Fee - $100
  
  A $100 Team Commitment Fee is required to reserve your athlete’s spot for the season.
  
  This fee:
  - ✅ Holds your athlete’s roster position
  - ✅ Confirms your family’s commitment to Season 1
  - ✅ Helps cover gym rental, evaluation expenses, insurance, administrative costs, and season startup expenses
  - ✅ Allows us to begin ordering team items and planning team rosters
  - Because roster spots are limited, the Team Commitment Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  Step 3: Come to Practices Mondays 6:30p-8:30p and Saturdays 12p-2p. *tiny novice is only 1 hour.
  
  Important Note
  
  We believe every child deserves the opportunity to cheer. Our goal is to make All Star cheer as affordable and accessible as possible while still providing a quality competitive cheer experience for our athletes and families. Payment plans, fundraising opportunities, and work for cheer program all available to help counteract costs.
- ARC Elite All Star Cheer requires monthly tuition and a separate cheer Uniform & Team Fees Package covering items such as uniforms, practice wear, cheer shoes, bows, choreography and music. Are you able to follow the published payment schedule with the Cheer Uniform Package paid by Sept 10? This is when we need to place order for all athletes. Uniforms are custom made and takes 4-6 weeks + delivery. It is imperative we place orders on time in order for them to arrive on time.
- Have all adults responsible for payment agreed to the expected costs and deadlines?
- I understand that all-star cheerleading is a full season commitment, June 1, 2026- May 31, 2027. Attendance at two practices each week and tumbling, all choreography sessions, all showcases, and all competitions are mandatory. After choreography, Unexcused absences will result in a $50 fee per missed practices and if that exceeds our limits may result in removal from our teams.

  I understand that participation in ARC Elite Cheer activities, including but not limited to free trial practices, team practices, classes, camps, clinics, evaluations, choreography, performances, competitions, and other cheer-related activities, involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury.
  
  Activities may include, but are not limited to, tumbling, stunting, jumps, motions, drills, stretching, conditioning, strength training, and technical skill development.
  
  I understand that cheerleading is a physically demanding sport and that injuries may occur despite reasonable instruction, supervision, spotting, and safety precautions. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my athlete’s participation.
  
  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless ARC Elite Cheer LLC, its owner, coaches, instructors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and the owners/operators of facilities used for ARC Elite Cheer activities from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
