    2026 Entry Form

  • Welcome to the official entry form for the 50th Annual Pilbara Music Festival Eisteddfod.  This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate fifty years of fostering musical excellence, creativity, and community participation across the Pilbara region.  We warmly invite performers of all ages and abilities to take part in this special adjudicated event to showcase their talents, and share in a longstanding tradition that encourages artistic growth, confidence, and a love of music.  We look forward to welcoming you to this memorable celebration of music and performance.

    Festival Dates: 8th - 13th September 2026

    Venue: Gratwick Hall, Town of Port Hedland Civic Centre

    Entries Close: Sunday 9th August 2026

    Entry Fees:

    Solos $12.00 per item
    Duets, Trios, Quartets $15.00 per item
    Ensembles (5-15 performers) $20.00 per item
    Choirs, Bands, Groups $25.00 per item

    One entry form per performer/act may be used to enter up to five items, i.e the same solo performer can enter five items on one entry.  If you wish to enter more than five items, you will need to complete another entry form.  If you are a solo performer and also wish to enter as a duet (for example) you will need to submit another entry form as a duet.

    Please refer to the 2026 Adjudicated Performance Categories booklet for full festival entry conditions, performance categories and item numbers to assist you in completing this form.

    Important Information About Music and Backing Tracks:

    • All music used must comply with copyright laws.
    • You must perform from an original copy of the music.
    • Please have your sheet music in pdf format and backing tracks (if using) in mp3 format ready to upload with this form.
