We are excited to be on the grounds at ACH for BPYC this year, we are glad to welcome visitors to the day services! Please read the following information before registering.
Due to the security and safety of our campers, counselors, volunteers, and directors/staff, we will be registering all visitors for each of the AM Services.
- You must register for each day service you plan on attending! If you go to register, it will tell you if the day you have chosen has availability or is at capacity.
- Before attending, you must receive approval to attend the morning service. Approval to attend morning services will only be provided by the BPYC Oversight Committee and the Lead Director for the camp. There will be no exceptions to this. You will receive a follow-up email stating whether your request to attend has been approved or denied.
- Approval is not guaranteed, as we have a large group of participants this year. BPYC reserves the right to deny all visitor requests due to space constraints or not meeting eligible criteria to visit.
- In order to visit during the day, you must be affiliated with a participating church that is attending BPYC.
- If you do not register and you are not on the list of visitor that day, you will NOT be permitted to enter.
- You will not be able to just drive up and get in for day services. We are taking precautions to ensure the safety of everyone on the grounds. You may arrive at 8:45am just prior to service starting at 9:00am.
- If you plan to attend multiple day services, you will need to submit a registration for each day. If you have multiple individuals attending with you, each of them will need to submit a registration.
