• Leadership Washington County Application

    Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Washington County program. The Washington County Chamber of Commerce and our Chamber member organizations invest in LWC to develop and connect leaders within our community. Please carefully consider your participation and commitment to the class. LWC requires active participation in class sessions, discussions, a class project, and outside learning.   • The 2026-2027 LWC program begins in August with an orientation meeting. Full day sessions are held monthly from September 2026–May 2027 as shown on the attached calendar. Participants will also take part in a Community Involvement Day, working together on volunteer projects that support and strengthen the Washington County community.

  • Candidates are selected from a strong pool of applicants to reflect the diversity of our community and workforce. Enrollment is limited to 36 participants. Multiple applicants from the same organization are welcome, however, we aim to include as many organizations as possible. If the class reaches capacity and your organization has more than one applicant, we will ask your organization to choose which applicant will participate in this year’s class.
