Vendor set up will start Friday evening, November 6th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday set up will start at 6:00 a.m.
Please make sure you remove anything you bring in with you at the end of the day. It is not fair for the organizers to clean up after you.
Booths are sized from 8x8 to 10x10. If you need more space, you can pay for multiple booth areas.
There will be outside space available.
Electricity is available, but please note, the plugs are high on poles. You will need a step ladder to access them.
Tables are first come first serve. If you need a table, your booth fee covers one table. If you have your own, bring them just in case.
You are responsible for setting up, taking down, and storing the table back to the original location.
NO TEMU / SHEIN items are allowed. It is unfair to those crafters that work hard on items that are similar from places like that.
When setting up, make sure the walk way is clear.
Similar vendors will be kept to a minimum to maximize your sales.
