🔧 EXTENSION MAINTENANCE GUIDE Please review the following responsibilities before committing: • Brush extensions gently 2–3 times a day using a brush or extension-safe tool, no wet brushes. • Oil the ends of your extensions 2x daily to maintain softness and prevent dryness. • Always sleep with dry hair in a loose braid or low ponytail to prevent matting. • Use sulfate-free, extension-safe shampoo and conditioner only. • Avoid applying conditioner near the point of attachment. • Dry the root area thoroughly to prevent slippage or mildew. • Use heat protectant every time you heat-style your hair. • Avoid salt water, chlorine, and hard water when possible. Use a filter or wear a swim cap. • Schedule your maintenance appointments every 6–8 weeks (or as advised). • Never cut or color the extensions yourself. • You understand that heat styling should not exceed 350°F. 💸 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & SERVICE AGREEMENTTo move forward with your extension appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required.
