General Chemistry | Year Long Series

General Biology | Year Long Series
At least one lab required

Human Physiology | One Course
Lab not required

• If your institution requires Human Anatomy before Human Physiology, you must complete both courses. If the subjects are offered as a combined “Anatomy & Physiology” sequence, you must complete the full series; additional coursework may count toward other Natural Science requirements.

Other Natural Sciences | Two Courses
Lab not required

• Any of the following: Human Anatomy, Microbiology, Molecular/Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Physics, Other upper-division (200-level or higher) courses will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Mathematics | One Course

• Pre-Calculus or Higher | 3 semester credits or equivalent

Statistics | One Course

• Math-Based Statistics | Currently recommended and will be required for those applying for Fall 2028 admission

Pacific University does not require a bachelor's degree for entry into the PharmD program. There are additional prerequisites required for those that do not hold a bachelor's degree prior to enrollment. Please make your selection below and we'll display the additional prerequisites if necessary.
