Live Ideas Summer 2026 Institute

The Live Ideas Journal is an undergraduate journal that is associated with the primary text certificate, we are happy be holding a summer institute Jul. 8th,9th 14th,15th at 6:00-7:30pm. All pieces are welcome, fiction and nonfiction. The purpose of these institutes is to help undergraduate students perfect their pieces alongside their scholarly and artistic peers. There is also a $250 scholarship for those who attend all sessions of the institute. The institute will begin on Wednesday, July 8th, and continue onto Thursday, July 9th. From there, we will break for the weekend to give students ample time to work on revising their pieces. We will then meet back up on Tuesday, July 14th, and conclude the institute on Wednesday, July 15th. We will be limiting the institute to eight participants, so make sure you submit your piece early! This institute will be held virtually over Zoom.
