We will go over you application and ask you a few more questions. We look forward to talking with you and hearing about what God is doing in your life.

Prior to the trip a other forms will need to signed and notarized. A Liability Waiver and Release, a Medical Treatment and Consent Form, and a Minor Travel Consent Form (if traveling with anyone under 18) will be added to your application.
