          Benchside Imagery will arrive at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Travel fees may apply for venues outside the standard service area. Adequate access, power, and parking must be provided. If your event is at a private residence, ensure access for setup and breakdown.

          Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. Client is responsible for providing cover and backup arrangements. Benchside Imagery reserves the right to pause or discontinue services in unsafe conditions.

          Deposits are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
