This camping area is located on an active working cattle farm. By registering for and participating in camping activities on this property, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with agritourism activities, including but not limited to:
The presence of cattle and other farm animals.
Uneven ground, holes, ditches, rocks, mud, and natural terrain.
Electric fences, farm equipment, machinery, vehicles, and agricultural structures.
Exposure to weather conditions, insects, wildlife, and vegetation.
Activities of other campers and visitors.
Risks associated with fire pits, cooking equipment, and recreational activities.
WARNING
Under Washington State law, there is limited liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
