How do I join class after I purchase?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and simple instructions. The same Zoom link is currently used for all scheduled classes, so you may bookmark it for future use.
Do I need to register for each class?
No. Once you purchase a class or class card, simply join the Zoom class at the scheduled time.
How does the 6-Class Card work?
Each time you attend a 4Pointe Zoom Open Class, one class is deducted from your card. Your card may be used for any scheduled Zoom Open Class and does not expire.
What if I can't attend one week?
No problem. Classes are not tied to specific dates, and your class card remains available for future use.
Is this class appropriate for different levels?
4Pointe Zoom Open Classes are designed to support a range of dancers, with individualized feedback offered throughout class.
May I register and observe class?
No. 4Pointe Zoom Open Classes are reserved for participating dancers only.
What is the cancellation policy?
Class purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, your class credit may be used for a future 4Pointe Zoom Open Class.
On rare occasions, class dates or times may need to be adjusted due to professional scheduling commitments. If this occurs, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and their class credit will be transferred to a future class.
