    Saturdays Only, July 11, July 25, August 8, August 22, September 5, September 26. 

    TIME: 

    12:00p - 5:00p


    If the pop-ups continue to go well we will add more dates later and possibly run them through the holiday season.


    EVENT INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

    We reserve the right to refuse any vendor application, if your application is approved we will send an invoice through square (Via Voodoo's World of Oddtiques)
    Spaces are 10x10 for $50.  Spaces are indoors.  We will accept applications until all spots have been filled.


    *There will be no electricity available, unless approved and for an additional fee.

    *We do not provide tables, chairs, etc… 

    *Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form, and a link to a website, social media, etsy, etc. If you do not have a link you may be requested to send photos of items you plan to sell.

    *We will have set-up times for advance set-up the Thursday and Friday before pop-up.  You will be able to set up during business hours 11a - 5p.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ITEMS IF YOU LEAVE THEM OVERNIGHT.

    *All Vendors must be checked-in by 10 a.m. on the day of the pop-up.  Vendors will be assigned their spot, and be directed to their location after check-in.  Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. All vendors must be ready to open and sell by 11 a.m.

    *Booths must be completely set-up by 12 p.m.  We request that all vendor booths  remain open until 5 p.m., if you leave early you may not be allowed to attend future pop-ups.

    *Vendors will have from 5-7 p.m. to pack-up. All vendors must be packed and leave the premises by 8 p.m.

    *To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify the building management.  With permission, booths that can be packed-up and “walked-out” will be allowed to do so.

    *The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.

    *Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter emailed once your application is accepted. Along with an invoice for payment (via Square - From Voodoo's World of Oddtiques)

    *All vendor fees are non-refundable. Unless the pop-up is cancelled.

    *All vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and read and agree to the waiver below.

    *Please fill out vendor registration completely.
