EnVision Food Forest Kickoff Week 7/27 - 8/1
Join the City of Tempe Sustainability team for a week full of fun activities as we start construction on the EnVision Food Forest! You'll get to meet Tempe farmers, learn how to make tasty summer snacks, get up close and personal with desert insects, try your hand at nature journaling, and you can even participate in activities from home like a scavenger hunt. Everyone who participates will be entered into drawings for prizes.

Registration is required for each participant, as classes have limited spots. For example - if you are registering for you and a child, you must complete one entry for yourself and one for your child.

The EnVision Center is located at 1310 E. Apache Blvd, Tempe, AZ 85281. We encourage you to carpool or take public transportation to the Center, as construction in the area has reduced parking. The light rail stop at Apache & Dorsey is directly in front of the Center.

Monday, 7/27: Meet Tempe Farmers, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, 7/29: Parent & Child Fruit Pizza Cooking class, 5:30 - 7 p.m. Note this class is parent and child cooking class for two people and requires one registration for the parent and one registration for the child. Solo adults cannot attend.
Thursday, 7/30: Insects of the Sonoran Desert, 5:30 - 7 p.m.
Saturday, 8/1: Nature Journaling, 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
