I hereby grant Glow All Out LLC permission to photograph, videotape, and/or record images of me before, during, and after my spray tan appointment.

I understand that:
- Participation is completely voluntary.
- I will not receive compensation for the use of photographs, videos, or other media.
- Images may be edited, cropped, resized, or enhanced for marketing purposes.
- Once content is published online, Glow All Out LLC cannot guarantee removal from third-party shares, reposts, or screenshots.
- I may revoke this authorization in writing at any time for future use; however, previously published materials may not be able to be removed.
Release of Liability

I release and discharge Glow All Out LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of photographs, videos, or recordings as described above.
