    Thank you for choosing The Learning Nest.

    My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow, and develop confidence at their own pace.

    By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

     

    Enrolment


    • All enrolments are subject to availability.
    • A completed enrolment form must be submitted before your child's first session.
    • Parents or guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including emergency contact details and any relevant medical, behavioural, learning, or support needs.
    • It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify The Learning Nest of any changes to this information.

     

    Fees & Payments


    • Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
    • A child's place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
    • Missed sessions are generally non-refundable.
    • Make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of The Learning Nest where availability permits.
    • Outstanding fees may result in suspension of future bookings until the account has been brought up to date.

     

    Attendance


    • Please ensure your child arrives on time for each session.
    • If your child is unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible.
    • Regular attendance helps children gain the greatest benefit from the program.

     

    Illness


    To help protect all children and families:

    • Children who are unwell should not attend sessions.
    • Children experiencing contagious illnesses, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms should remain at home until they are well.
    • If a child becomes unwell during a session, parents or emergency contacts may be asked to collect them promptly.

     

    Collection of Children


    • Children will only be released to a parent, guardian, or authorised person listed on the enrolment form.
    • Please notify us in advance if someone different will be collecting your child.

     

    Behaviour Expectations


    The Learning Nest aims to provide a respectful and positive learning environment for everyone.

    Children are expected to:

    • Treat educators and fellow students with kindness and respect.
    • Follow reasonable instructions.
    • Use equipment carefully.
    • Behave in a manner that supports a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

    Where ongoing behavioural concerns arise, parents will be consulted to work together on appropriate strategies. In rare circumstances, enrolment may be reviewed if the safety or wellbeing of others is affected.

     

    Medical Information


    Parents or guardians must disclose:

    • Medical conditions
    • Allergies
    • Asthma
    • Anaphylaxis
    • Medications
    • Learning or developmental needs
    • Behavioural support requirements

    This information enables appropriate care during sessions.

     

    Emergency Medical Treatment


    In the event of illness or injury where immediate contact cannot be made with a parent or guardian, I authorise The Learning Nest to seek appropriate medical assistance for my child if considered necessary. Any associated medical expenses remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

     

    Photographs


    Photographs or videos of children will only be used for promotional or educational purposes where separate permission has been provided on this enrolment form.

    Parents may withdraw consent at any time.

     

    Privacy


    All personal information collected is handled confidentially and used solely for enrolment, communication, emergency purposes, and delivery of services. Information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or in the event of a medical emergency.

     

    Safety


    Reasonable care is taken to provide a safe learning environment. While every effort is made to minimise risks, participation in educational and creative activities involves normal everyday risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.

     

    Changes


    The Learning Nest reserves the right to update fees, schedules, programs, policies, or these terms where necessary. Families will be advised of significant changes.

     

    Acceptance


    Submission of this enrolment form indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Fees & Payments

  • • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been received.

    • Payment is to be made via PayID using the following PayID:
    98 155 359 118

    • Payment must be received no later than three (3) days prior to the booked care or session date. Bookings that remain unpaid after this time may be released and offered to another family.

    • Fees are non-refundable once payment has been received, as your child's place has been reserved specifically for them.

    • If you are unable to attend a booked session, refunds will not be provided. Where appropriate and at the sole discretion of The Learning Nest, a make-up session or transfer to another available session may be offered; however, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

    • Any additional sessions or changes to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    • The Learning Nest reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been received by the required due date.
