Tuition and Payment Selection

Tuition secures your child’s place in the Goldfinch Learning program and supports instructional planning, educational materials, staffing, and overall program operations. Please review the payment options below and select the plan that best works for your family.

Please carefully read and agree to the following policies:
Attendance Policy: I understand that regular attendance and arriving on time help ensure a positive learning experience for all students. If my child will be absent, I agree to notify Goldfinch Learning as soon as possible. I understand that missed classes are non-refundable. When possible, Goldfinch will provide class materials for the student to complete at home.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy: I understand that I am responsible for dropping off and picking up my child at the scheduled class times as stated: Drop-off is 10:20am, pick-up is 1:45pm. I understand that schedule changes will be communicated to me 48 hours in advance whenever possible. Timely drop-off and pick-up help maintain a safe environment and support Goldfinch Learning’s commitment to operating in accordance with applicable California health and safety requirements.
Illness Policy: To help maintain a healthy environment for all students and instructors at Goldfinch Learning, children must remain home if they are experiencing fever, vomiting, or diarrhea. Students may return once symptoms have resolved and the child is well enough to participate in class activities. When possible, Goldfinch will provide class materials for the student to complete at home.

Photography and Media Preference

Goldfinch Learning may occasionally take photographs or videos during class activities for documentation, parent communication, or program-related purposes. We respect each family’s preferences regarding student privacy.

Final Agreement and Liability Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to all policies, procedures, and tuition term requirements for enrollment in Goldfinch Learning.I understand that Goldfinch Learning maintains business liability insurance and takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe learning environment, both indoors and in the backyard. However, I acknowledge that participation in classes and related educational activities may involve ordinary risks, including accidental injury. By enrolling my child, I understand and accept these risks, assume responsibility for my child’s participation, and agree not to hold Goldfinch Learning, its owners, instructors, or representatives liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation, except where required by law.
